Technology upgrades aimed at a more efficient, enjoyable, and personalized customer experience anchor a broader set of improvements. The upgrades are centered on nearly every aspect of the customer journey, from the moment fans leave home, and include frictionless checkout in high-volume concession areas, expanded digital displays and scoreboards, upgraded audio, custom navigation and wayfinding, and stadium-wide connectivity. These improvements are paired with new GA seats, new padded club seats, refreshed restrooms, enhanced concourses, and an expanded Team Store. This will create ​a more accessible, efficient, and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Significant funding is being advanced into mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology systems.  This is work that often goes unseen but is critical to the stadium’s future performance and flexibility.

New amenities, including an expanded 500-level social patio with spectacular views of the field and Charlotte skyline, a South Lawn event pavilion, enhanced concourses, and new social spaces that will make the stadium more active year-round and more connected to the surrounding community. A 4,400-capacity planned entertainment venue will host 80-100 events a year and provide enhanced hospitality on NFL gamedays.

One of the most visible areas of added investment is the stadium façade, where TSE is committing above its original design obligation. Rather than a basic refresh, the team is delivering a more distinctive, modern identity featuring upgraded materials, expanded glass elements, and a signature illuminated crown for the Queen City skyline. 

Future enhancements and a refresh to the entire club level and expansion of premium experiences including new club concepts, suite renovations, and additional hospitality spaces, ensuring the stadium remains competitive at the highest level for major events. While premium offerings are being enhanced, the majority of the stadium will continue to serve general fans, maintaining accessibility.
